The room was stylish and unique, especially the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was next to Monreale, Norman Palace and Cathedral, and tourist attractions. Tried some nice meals at Panificio Padre Pio, located next door to the venue...

The room was reasonably large and nice styled, I had perfect experience.

thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with shared bathroom. a microwave, a fridge, and kitchenware were available too.

We stayed in a twin/double room that was beautifully designed. I loved the layout of the bathroom, and it was great to have a small balcony and air conditioner. the location was perfect, very close to the tourist attractions!

Great location near historical sites, felt safe as a solo traveler. Knowledgeable and helpful host. Enjoyed the advice on places to eat and visit.

The room was large and unique with hair dryers and bath sheets in the shared bathroom, making for a FINE stay for 1-2 nights - thank you all very much for that!

Felt like a true getaway, nothing too much trouble.

I stayed at B&B Porta Nuova for a few weeks and it was a fantastic experience. The owner, Marco, was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed, such as arranging a test at a preferential price. The location was perfect, just steps away from the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The best part was the delicious coffee served at breakfast, truly the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place!

The triple room at B&B Porta Nuova was perfect for me as a guest with disabilities! With a balcony, tile/marble floor, and air conditioning, it provided a comfortable and accessible space for relaxation and enjoyment.

Personally, I found the private bathroom with a bidet to be unnecessary, but others might appreciate this feature.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy atmosphere of the B&B Porta Nuova. The decoration was tasteful and had a lovely traditional touch, which made it feel like a home away from home. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like me. It was easy to navigate around the hotel, and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay.

If I had one small suggestion for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff, especially when it comes to carrying luggage or providing additional support. Sometimes, the children working there seemed busy or occupied with other tasks, and it would have been helpful to have more dedicated assistance.

Marco offered helpful recommendations for places to visit and was always responsive to our questions. B&B Porta Nuova provided a great experience with its comfortable rooms, friendly host, and convenient location. Cons: Was all great! 👍.
